To register an account on MyPropHub, designers must hold a current license and insurance policy and be a registered Architect, Building Designer or Draftsperson.
Designers will be asked to provide all the required information including license, qualifications, and insurance details when registering an account.
Upload
Once you register an account.
Upload design marketing images (floor layout & 3D render) and enter the required information in for each individual design.
Note:
- Marketing Images to be uploaded in jpg format
- Ensure your files are high resolution
- MyPropHub provides design listings with automatic watermarking on all working drawings for an additional layer of security.
Working Drawings (plans) to be uploaded in pdf format. Final working drawings provided within 2 business days. If a site plan is required, drawings will be completed within 4 business days following payment and the site survey provided to the designer on MyPropHub.

The Designer owns the copyright & Intellectual Property for their design and all variations of the design.
Buyers will only be purchasing the rights to the design for a single building use. Buyers will be subject to international copyright laws if they copy, modify, or use a design without written permission from the designer.
MyPropHub disclaims all liability including but not limited to any illegal activity by its users regarding the misuse of copyrighted designs on its website.
Licensing
Designers must be a registered Architect, Building Designer or Draftsperson to sell designs on MyPropHub and hold a current license and insurance policy.

MyPropHub has stringent drawing standards to ensure quality and precision is maintained for customers, via quality control checks for all designs, design modifications and drawings services.
Designers may be asked to add additional information or details to the drawings before they can be sold on MyPropHub.

Designs listed on MyPropHub are not council or construction approved, you will be required to add a site plan to your cart when processing payment and provide a site survey which can be obtained from a licensed Surveyor at the buyers expense.

- Cad files of site, floor, and roof plans. (For engineering purposes only)

Delivery Times
Final working drawings provided within 2 business days. If a site plan is required, drawings will be completed within 4 business days following payment and the site survey provided to the designer on MyPropHub.
Delivery timelines for design modifications and other drawing sets are negotiated during the quoting process, a guide is below:
- Minor Design changes = 2 business days after working drawings has been completed
- Moderate Design changes = 4 business days after working drawings has been completed
- Major Design changes = 7 business days after working drawings has been completed
Zoning
Designs listed on MyPropHub are sold to customers all over the world, however purchasers can only use the drawings for building approval if they are completed by a Designer that is licensed and insured in their particular geographical area.
It is important to clearly list within your profile which Country and State/Region you are licensed and insured to complete work in and if a design has been previously built, as buyers will have the ability to search for designers by location.
If a design is purchased for building approval purposes in a designers licensed area, designers have the opportunity to earn additional income to provide a site plan and other drawing services (customers are required to provide a site survey at their own expense).
Purchasers may also require a local architect or engineer to sign off on the drawings for building approval purposes, when a designer is not licensed in the build site geographical area.
